Frequently Asked Questions for First Choice - 3690 - Concealed Vertical Rod Exit - 36" - Exit Only - No Trim - Aluminum/Dark Bronze/Black Anodized Finish - Grade 1 Chains & Anchors Replacement case shell for FCC
What should I check if a product's displayed price has changed?
Check whether a saved cart retained an option you did not intend. Make the decision from the current verified offer or your actual order confirmation.
What should I do if a product listing disappears after I order?
Request clarification if the account status also becomes unclear. Do not rely on unrelated cached information as the final specification.
How can I choose an appropriate purchase quantity?
Check whether the product's quantity is defined differently across alternative listings. Choose quantity from confirmed scope and practical need rather than the apparent size of an offer.
