• storage of three types of diesel fuel in the tank farm;
• supply of hydrotreated diesel fuel to the existing two-sided railway overpass for 60 tank cars;
• supply of hydrotreated diesel fuel to the pumps of the pumping station of the main oil product pipeline;
• supply of high-sulfur and substandard diesel fuel to the designed and existing hydrotreating units;

• Application of pumping units ASM 500-500 with frequency-regulated electric drive, which are equipped with HXR 500L2 electric motors in explosion-proof design, power N = 800 kW, U = 690 W and frequency converters;
• Additional equipment for the installation of a depressant additive, which is used to pump oil in the cold season;
• Construction of an operational oil metering unit with the installation of primary sensors directly on the pipeline.

Basic technical solutions
• Used technology for cleaning oil-contaminated soils, developed at the Institute of Botany. M.G. Cold NASU with the participation of specialists of PJSC "ITN". The proposed biotechnology is based on the ability of oil-oxidizing microorganisms to mineralize in aerobic conditions various organic compounds, including hydrocarbons of petroleum origin to the final environmentally safe products - H2O and CO2.

Main technical solutions:
• The use of a new technology of sublayer fire extinguishing, which consists in the supply of fire extinguishers under a layer of stored liquid, using a film-forming foaming agent for special purposes. The main advantages of the sublayer fire extinguishing technology are faster covering of the burning surface with foam (convective flows in the surface layer of fuel are organized in such a way that promotes the spread of foam on the surface and thus efficient and fast fire extinguishing), installation of foam covered with film.
• The installation was created using highly reliable equipment and foaming agent certified in Ukraine.
