The Institute has a documented
and implemented Enterprise Improvement
System - an integrated system of quality management, environmental
management, health care management, and occupational health and safety
management.
The system of enterprise improvement consists of interconnected processes described in 66 internal
standards of the Institute.
In 2020, ITN successfully passed
recertification audits and confirmed the quality of its services, as well as
compliance with international standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO
45001: 2015.
The system of enterprise
improvement extends to the project activities of the institute.
The efficiency of the system is
monitored by the company's improvement service and is constantly analyzed by
senior management.
