SENIOR MANAGEMENT OF JSC "ITN"

IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

JSC "Institute of Oil Transport" is a leading organization in Ukraine for the design of transport, storage, distribution, and transshipment of oil and petroleum products.

The top management of JSC "ITN", based on the interests of customers, shareholders, staff and the society undertakes to be guided by the following principles:

• focus on addressing priorities to meet customer needs and expectations as a basis for meeting the interests of other stakeholders;

• to improve the processes of the enterprise improvement system based on the study by the staff of the requirements set out in the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, and ISO 45001: 2015;

• comply with applicable legal and other requirements in the field of environmental protection, health care and occupational safety;

• ensure the reduction of pollutants that may enter the air and water, as well as waste that is not suitable for reuse;

• monitor the key environmental characteristics of the institute's processes in order to timely prevent environmental pollution;

• increase the level of corporate culture in the staff of the institute based on the philosophy of total quality management (TQM) and the model of business excellence (EFQM);

• to acquaint the interested parties with the policy of the top management of JSC "ITN";

• carry out charitable activities and find pleasure in it;

• provide favorable conditions for work and the rest of the staff.

The top management of JSC "ITN" assumes responsibility for the implementation of the proclaimed principles and providing the necessary resources.
